Sabri Aşan (1928 - 1993), who was a young tailor at his twenties in Sarıyer, Istanbul decided to move to his hometown Elazig at 1952. His idea was to open a tailor workshop with his brother Mustafa to make men's suits. After a decade in tailoring, they decided to separate their ways and he opened the very first retail ready-made clothing shop at Bankalar Street Elazig.
In 1990s, having run their retail business with several shops the family decided to start the wholesale business. The main area of focus was to market ladies suits to neighbouring cities. The story was a succes, but instead of selling other firms' productions, producing our own was inevitable. Hence, Suela Osmanbey was opened at July 2002 to make ladies coats and jackets by Sabri Asan's son in law and grandson.
Since 2002, Suela with three generation of experience, produces ladies jackets and coats and markets them mainly to Europe, Africa and Asia.
In order to sustain success and growth, Suela has strict quality polices. Every single customer is precious and its demands and critiques are taken into account. Because we have retail roots, we know how difficult it is to sell every single piece. Hence, we care about every single detail and comment.
